My primary areas of specialty include perinatal women (pre-pregnancy, currently pregnant, postpartum, and infertility; I am Perinatal Mental Health certified) and people who are going through perimenopause and menopause.
Other areas of focus include working to support teens and women struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief & loss, and trauma.
